USA Select isn't just another travel baseball organization — it's a distinction. Players don't sign up. They get nominated. Coaches and programs from across the country identify their top talent and submit nominations for consideration. Only the most elite athletes earn a spot on the roster.
Once selected, these players carry something bigger than themselves: the opportunity to represent the United States of America in international competition. That's a responsibility we take seriously — and so do they.
How Players Get Selected
Team Nomination
Coaches and travel ball programs nominate their standout players. Nominations are reviewed by USA Select staff based on skill, character, and competitive record.
Evaluation & Selection
Nominated players are evaluated through showcases and game film. USA Select staff selects the final roster — only the best make the cut.
Domestic Tune-Up Tournaments
Before heading overseas, USA Select competes in 1–2 elite domestic tournaments. These serve as final preparation and team-building before the international stage.
International Competition
USA Select travels overseas to compete in the most prestigious international youth baseball tournaments in the world — representing the United States with pride.
